Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager coordinates and manages construction of New Homes, ensuring each project is completed on time, efficiently, and to Garman quality standards.
The successful candidate will be detail
oriented, able to manage multiple projects at the same time and
collaborate with Trade Partners to provide excellent workmanship and to deliver
an exceptional experience for our customers. Requirements include:
- 5 years’ experience in residential
job site construction management
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to perform physically active
construction duties
- Have a valid PA driver's license
