Construction Project Manager, Renovations

The
Construction Project Manager, Renovations coordinates and manages the
construction piece of each renovation project, ensuring completion of each
project on time, efficiently, and to the Garman quality standards.
The
successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects
at the same time, and able to use the resources available to complete each
assigned project on time, within budget, and to deliver an exceptional
experience for our customers. Requirements include:
- 5 years’ experience in residential job site construction management
- Renovations experience a plus
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
- Be able to perform physically active construction duties involved in restoration and renovation
- Have a valid PA driver’s license
